If you're browsing Grow a Garden 2 Items, the Megaphone and Unicorn probably look like they belong in the same shopping conversation. They don't, really. One is a social toy that changes the mood of a server. The other is a serious mutation pet built for players who already have a busy, profitable garden.

The Megaphone Is Style, Not Progression
The Megaphone costs a reported 8,000 Sheckles and stays in your inventory after purchase. Equip it, enter a numeric Sound ID, and the selected audio can play across the active server. That's the whole trick. It doesn't speed up crops, raise sell values, improve storage, protect fruit, or increase mutation odds.

That doesn't make it pointless. A quick sound after a rare harvest can be funny. A familiar effect can signal a pet find or make a quiet server feel more alive. The catch is obvious once you use it for a while: long clips and constant repeats get old fast. Short, occasional sounds work much better, especially when other players are farming nearby.

Sound IDs Need a Little Patience
A Grow a Garden 2 Sound ID is an audio asset number, not a redeem code. It won't grant seeds, pets, or currency. If a number fails, check the digits first. The asset may have been removed, made private, restricted by permission settings, or blocked by a newer version of the game. Sometimes the server is simply being difficult.

Test one ID at a time instead of pasting a huge list and assuming the Megaphone is broken. If several known-working assets fail, rejoining the server is worth trying. Even then, no outside list can promise permanent playback, because Roblox audio availability can change without warning.

Why the Unicorn Is a Bigger Investment
The Unicorn is a Mythic pet tied to Rainbow mutations. Its passive doubles the chance that plants and fruit in your garden receive the Rainbow mutation. That wording matters. It improves the roll; it doesn't guarantee a Rainbow result every time you harvest. A lucky-looking pet can still give you a frustratingly ordinary session.

The pet becomes stronger in practice when your garden creates more attempts. Faster growth, more planting space, reliable harvesting, and enough storage all give the passive room to work. A small garden with slow crops may barely notice the difference. A packed garden running several harvest cycles can turn the same probability boost into a meaningful long-term advantage.

Which Purchase Makes Sense
Early players should usually keep their money moving toward seeds, growth upgrades, storage, and dependable income. The Megaphone is easy to justify once 8,000 Sheckles feels like spare change. The Unicorn deserves a larger reserve, especially because public sources disagree about its current price. Some list 4,000,000 Sheckles, while others still show 12,000,000. The live shop price is the one that counts.

If Rainbow farming is your main goal, save for the Unicorn and keep your garden busy before chasing it. If you're still struggling to fund basic planting, a cheaper growth-focused pet may help far more. And if you just want to make your server laugh after a lucky harvest, the Megaphone does that job well, provided you use it with some restraint. When you're ready to build that reserve, compare your options through GAG 2 Items.
